With more than 12 years experience in the catering industry, Head Chef Shane Perry prides himself on a fresh, homemade and ethical menu. Shane came to Badgers Holt from the Carew Arms, which made it into the Michelin Guide within their first year. He was awarded Junior Chef of the Year in 2014, so next time you visit Badgers Holt, you’ll know you’re in for a treat!
